Yes! Even if you have a personal website already, it is NOT connected with Agency Pro and clients will not see you in the database. What good is having a website if you don't have top clients seeing it? Simply stated, when clients need talent, they go to agents, managers and casting directors for the most direct and professional service possible. Agency Pro succeeds in delivering your updated portfolio to clients so they can book you directly and know immediately that you are a proven talent with legitimate representation.



If your account expires, your portfolio will become NOT-Active. Your website will go down, you will not be searchable by clients, and your full portfolio will not be able to be submitted to clients.


Yes! Only you and your agent/casting company can see your personal information. It's important that you keep your contact information up to date since Agency Pro is used as a contact management system as well. Agency Pro will not release your data to any 3rd parties.


If you choose NOT to activate your portfolio, your information will remain in the database for ONLY your agent, manager or casting director to see. You will still be able to update your resume, photos and contact information, but you will be greatly limiting your opportunities to be seen and booked for work.

  • Your agent/manager/casting director will ONLY be able to see you by accessing the NOT Active files
  • You will NOT be searchable or viewable to their clients
  • You will NOT have a public website address with your agent/manager/casting director or AgencyProtalent.com
  • You will NOT be permitted to upload audio or video files
  • Your agent/manager/casting director will NOT be able to submit your full portfolio to their clients
